Perhaps there'll be a real biography here someday. Until then, the short version is that I'm a British guy (a kind of geeky one incase you couldn't tell) who came over to America, in 1994, for a six month stint on behalf of a previous instance of benevolent employer. While I was here, I met a nice young American lady, stayed (legally), got married, found lots of work as a computer programmer, had kids, received American citizenship and other things that you can read about on my personal website.

This blog is named after my preferred way of describing how I perform the role of a Technical Lead, i.e. that it's just Drinking Tea and Surfing The Web.
